Donated by Tim Nelson; first disc of tape T39. A 1991 Chicago-area recording: Channel 2 late news and Gulf War ceasefire coverage, ABC's Nightline and a Gulf War news special with the Schwarzkopf briefing, the Chicago Bears talk show Bear Tracks, and NBC's Later (Bob Costas) three-year anniversary edition on WMAQ Channel 5 in early October 1991. Surviving breaks include NutraSweet's 10th-anniversary gumball, GMC Truck, the Illinois Bell and MasterCard parody, Dominick's, and NBC promos (Saturday Night Live, Late Night, Married with Children).

Donated by Tim Nelson; second and last disc of tape T39. Two recordings. The first is the end of NBC's Later (Bob Costas) three-year anniversary edition and Late Night with David Letterman from early October 1991, with one break (Subway, Bud Dry, NyQuil LiquiCaps, LensCrafters, L'Oreal). The second is Fox Kids on WFLD Fox 32 Chicago in late March 1994, two Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episodes with six full breaks (Shaq Attaq, McDonald's, Kellogg's, Major League II, Eggo, Tyco, Chuck E. Cheese's, Nintendo Super Metroid, Teddy Grahams, Froot Loops and more) and Fox Kids and Fox 32 promos.
