The IHSA Television Network broadcast of the 2002 IHSA Girls Class AA State Basketball Championship final, Saturday, March 2, 2002, at Redbird Arena in Normal, Illinois: Hinsdale Central (33-1) beat Marion Catholic (31-1), 43-38. Open and tease, anthem and lineups, the full game with third-place and medal ceremonies, post-game interviews, the trophy presentations and the closing credits. Most local breaks hold on the IHSA score graphic; the network's own sponsor spots ran intact.
